Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FastVideo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the service.

FastVideo provides a platform for random video chat connections between users. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

User Conduct

Prohibited Activities

Moderation & Enforcement

Users can report inappropriate behavior using the in-app reporting feature. We review all reports and take appropriate action.

FastVideo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

FastVideo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the service in the past six months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FastVideo harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another person or entity.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FastVideo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
